Adding Information, Comments, and Files to a Board
Welcome to the tutorial on adding information, comments, and files to a board! In this session, we will walk you through how to enhance your board by including relevant details, feedback, and attachments to keep everything organized and accessible.
How to Add Information, Comments, and Files
On the right-hand side of the board name section, you’ll find icons for additional information, comments, and files. Let’s explore each of these:
1.Information Tab
Click the information icon to open a side panel with several tabs. The default tab that opens is Information.
2.Description Tab
Next, click the Description tab. Here, the board owner can add or edit the board’s description. This can be done during the creation of the board or afterward. A well-written description provides essential context about the board’s purpose.
3.Comments Tab
Moving to the Comments tab, this is where you can add comments regarding the board. Comments help team members collaborate and provide feedback. Once a comment is added, the comment icon will display the number of comments on the board.
4.Files Tab
Lastly, the Files tab allows you to upload files or links. This feature makes it easy to share documents and resources with your team. The file icon will show the total number of files uploaded for quick reference.
This process makes it easier to keep all the relevant information, communication, and files in one place, enhancing collaboration and clarity.
