Hub – Centralized Workspace for OKRs and KPIs

The Hub in OKRify is a central location where users can view and manage OKRs and KPIs across individual, team, and company levels.

📌 Overview

• Centralized access to all relevant OKRs and KPIs
• Tabs are organized by role and team association
• KPIs s are shown in side panels for relevant tabs
• Built-in filters allow users to customize and save their views

📂 Available Tabs in the Hub

My OKR

• Displays OKRs where the user is:
  • Objective Owner
  • Key Result Owner
  • Key Result Contributor
• Users can apply filters to customize what OKRs are shown
• KPIs for the user appear in the side window

Reportees (Visible only to managers)

• Shows OKRs of team members who report to the manager
• Includes:
  • Individual OKRs
  • Team OKRs
  • Private OKRs (if shared with the manager)

Company

• Displays all Company-level OKRs
• Shows associated Company KPIs

Team

• Each team the user is part of appears as a separate tab
• Shows all Team OKRs assigned to that team
• Displays Team KPIs in a side panel

🎛️ Filter Functionality

• Each tab includes filters to control which OKRs are displayed
• Users can:
  • Apply and save filters per tab
  • Use saved filters as the default view for that tab
• A blue filter icon indicates a saved filter is active
• A Reset button is available to clear filters and restore the default view
